DotNetRocks! in Montreal
Well, as Rory Blyth used to say back in the early years of the best .NET podcast on the Internet, .NET Rocks!…“Who would’ve thunk it?” That’s right! The technogeekypassionato (I just made that up by the way…no ©) duo composed of both Carl Franklin and Richard Campbell recorded a live episode in Montreal, during DevTeach. If I’m not mistaken, it’s the first time they record a live episode in Montreal. This was my second take at photographing a live event indoors in two days. I have one more tomorrow, and then I’ll work on a new personal project. By the way, if you’re a .NET developer I also strongly suggest you to watch some episodes on DNRTV, the video-side of .NET Rocks! where Carl sits down with an expert on some technology and goes full depth with it.
Just a plug about DevTeach: It’s an annual week-long conference touching mostly Microsoft’s software development technologies. It’s a great time to learn a bunch of new things and network with other developers.
For this shoot, I used my Nikon D90 with a Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II lens. Ambient light all around. Most of these pictures were shot at ISO 1600 or above.
